These terms apply to all orders placed on www.lovewarriors.se and shipped worldwide. While Swedish law governs these terms, if you are a consumer residing outside Sweden, you may also be entitled to additional protections under the consumer laws of your own country.

💸 Prices & Payment

  • All prices are listed in SEK or EUR (depending on region) and include Swedish VAT (25%) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices do not include customs duties, local taxes, or import fees applicable in your country. These may be charged upon delivery and are your responsibility.

  • Payment is made securely through our approved payment providers at checkout.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide with trusted carriers such as DHL and PostNord.
Standard delivery times:

  • Sweden: 2–4 business days

  • Europe: 4–8 business days

  • Rest of world: 7–14 business days (may vary)

Delivery time depends on your location and product availability.

Important:

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing or the carrier.

  • For outlet products, large furniture, mirrors, lamps, or rugs, shipping rates and timelines may vary. Please contact us for a quote.

🌓 Outlet Products

Our Outlet Collection includes discounted pieces that may carry small imperfections or signs of previous handling.

  • Outlet products are sold as-is and are non-exchangeable due to limited stock.

  • The 14-day right of withdrawal still applies, but return shipping is your responsibility.

  • If an outlet item arrives with damage beyond what was described, please contact us immediately.

↩️ Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Act.

Conditions for return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging

  • Include all tags, accessories, and any free gifts received with your purchase

  • Return must be initiated by email: info@lovewarriors.se

  • You are responsible for return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent

Returns must be sent with tracking and delivered directly to our address (not to pickup points).

If you paid by invoice, your return must arrive before the invoice due date.

Exclusions:

  • Custom/special orders

  • Discounted/sale items

  • Business-to-business purchases

💸 Refunds

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect your returned item.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are not refunded

  • If you received free shipping, the actual cost of delivery may be deducted from your refund

Refunds are normally processed within 7–14 business days after receiving the return.

🔁 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., for a different size or color), the return process above applies.
You are responsible for both return shipping and shipping of the new item.

🛠️ Complaints & Warranty

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
We will send you a return label if the issue is confirmed.

You have the right to file a complaint within 3 years of receiving your item under Swedish consumer law.
For items purchased outside the EU, we follow local warranty periods where applicable.

The item must be:

  • Returned in its original condition and packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your complaint is not accepted, you will be responsible for return costs.

In case of unresolved issues, we follow the decisions of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
