TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND DELIVERY

Order
There is no minimum order value. All orders are welcome. An order can be canceled up until the item has been shipped.

If the delivery time states that the product is a special-order item, this means that we do not have the product in our stock. We will then order the product from our supplier for you when you place your order. We will obtain your product as soon as we can after you have placed your order.

The delivery time varies depending on the product, and we will contact you as soon as the purchase is made, or you can choose to contact us first for information.

For orders placed when items are not in stock, we reserve the right to ship everything in one order when the products have arrived in our stock. We do not send multiple shipments; if you wish, you will have to bear the increased shipping cost.

The right of withdrawal is the same when we order special items for you, but the procurement cost and shipping to you will be invoiced even if you regret your purchase. This means the shipping cost incurred for us to obtain the item from the supplier and send it to you as a customer. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the return cost if you regret your purchase after receiving the item.

This is especially important to consider when ordering furniture and lamps from us, as the shipping is expensive for large, heavy, and bulky products.

Delivery time
The normal delivery time is 2-4 working days for products that are in our stock. We are happy to order beyond our assortment from our suppliers if there is something you are missing, see above for special order items.

Delivery methods
We ship orders within Sweden with DHL, and the packages are delivered to a service point.

Special shipping conditions apply for furniture, mirrors, and rugs. Different prices may apply to certain parts of Sweden, and you will be charged for shipping afterward upon approval of this.

We do not take financial responsibility for any delays caused by the shipping company.

Damage to packages & unclaimed packages.

If the item is lost or if you discover a transport damage to the shipment upon receipt, you should immediately report/claim this to DHL or Posten. If you receive an item or a shipment on a pallet, any visible damage must be noted immediately upon delivery. This should be done before you sign for your shipment.

The report/claim must be made before you open the package. Remember to keep the packaging to be able to show the damage.

If you discover the damage only after opening your package, you must report this no later than 1 day after receipt to DHL or Lovewarriors.

If the shipping company does not accept responsibility for the damage, contact our customer service as soon as possible. If the item is lost during delivery to you, Lovewarriors are financially responsible. If the item is damaged or lost when you return it to Lovewarriors, you as the customer are financially responsible.

For unclaimed packages, you as the customer will be charged a fee of 300 SEK, which corresponds to the costs incurred. This covers handling, packing, packaging, return shipping, and return processing.

Shipping

The shipping cost for an order within Sweden is 99 SEK.

This does not apply to larger pots, furniture, mirrors, and larger rugs. Please contact us for the shipping price for these products as it may vary from product to product.

You can always choose to pick up your order at the Lovewarriors store in Malmö.

Complaints and Right of Return

There is always a warranty on the products you buy (1 year). If you can prove that there is a manufacturing defect on the product, you will always receive new parts; however, the warranty does not cover wear and tear damage. You pay the return shipping costs yourself.

Right of Withdrawal

According to the Distance Selling Act, you have the right to return ordered, fault-free goods without providing any reason. Notice of this should be given as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the goods.

This does not apply to specially ordered items, discounted items, or items on sale. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Always contact Lovewarriors if you have any questions.

The item must be returned complete in unused condition, which means that all possible accessories should be included in the return package. The item is returned in its original packaging with intended protection and inner packaging. The item is returned promptly and no later than 10 days after you have notified that you regret your purchase. After we have received and inspected the item, we will refund the value of the item to you, no later than 30 days after we have received the item back.

As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping cost when exercising your right of withdrawal and open purchase within 14 days. If you had free shipping on your order, you are also responsible for this cost in the event of a return.

Please note that when returning items to Lovewarriors, you are responsible for payment if the item is damaged or lost. If you wish to exchange the item, for example, for a different size or color, you as the customer are responsible for both the return shipping and the shipping of the new item to you.

You are also obligated to return any gifts received with the purchase.

Returns should be sent using PostNord's service "Skicka Hem" or as a "Företagspaket" (Company Package). We are unable to collect returns that are sent to pick-up points..

If you have chosen the payment method "invoice," it is important that the return reaches Lovewarriors before the due date of the invoice. Only after we have received the item can we credit its value on the invoice.

For special order items where we order a product specifically for you, the same right of withdrawal applies, of course. However, the cost of obtaining the item from the supplier and further shipping to you will be invoiced to you as the customer if you regret your purchase. You are also responsible for the return cost to Lovewarriors. This is important to consider when ordering larger furniture from us, as the shipping can be expensive for heavy and bulky items.

Complaints

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped in any way, please contact us immediately (but no later than 3 days after receiving the product) so that we can rectify the issue and provide you with further instructions. Usually, we will send you a return label so that you can return the faulty item free of charge.

According to the Consumer Sales Act, you, as the customer, have the right to make a complaint for 3 years after receiving the item. We apply the complaint right of the Consumer Sales Act. Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 14 days.

When returning a complained item, we cover the shipping and any replacement delivery costs. The item must be returned well-packaged and in its original packaging. If the item is damaged or lost during the return, you are responsible for payment. In case of disputes, we follow the decisions of the General Complaints Board.

For complaints, you, as the customer, must be able to present/attach a receipt or delivery note. If we find that it is not an approved complaint, you, as the customer, will be liable for the shipping costs incurred.
