TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND DELIVERY

🛒 Orders

There is no minimum order value – every order is welcome.
You may cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped.

If a product is listed as a special-order item, it means we do not currently hold it in stock. Once your order is placed, we will request the item from our supplier and arrange delivery as soon as possible.

Delivery times vary by product. We will contact you after your order is placed, or feel free to reach out before ordering for a time estimate.

For orders including items not in stock, we reserve the right to ship the entire order together once all items are available. If you prefer partial shipments, additional shipping charges will apply.

The right of withdrawal applies to special-order items, but procurement and delivery costs will still be invoiced if you cancel your purchase. This includes the cost for us to obtain the item from our supplier and deliver it to you. You are also responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please consider this carefully when ordering larger items such as furniture or lighting, where shipping costs can be significant.

🌓 Outlet Products – Beautifully Imperfect

Our Outlet Collection includes items that may carry minor imperfections, slight flaws, or are from past collections. These pieces are sold at a reduced price as a reflection of their unique character.

Please note:

  • Outlet items are sold as-is, with known imperfections detailed in the product description.

  • Exchanges or replacements are not available for outlet items due to limited stock.

  • The right of withdrawal still applies (14 days for online orders), but return shipping is your responsibility.

  • If an outlet item arrives damaged in transit beyond the expected condition, contact us immediately.

We believe there is beauty in imperfection — thank you for honoring these warriors.

🚚 Delivery

  • Standard delivery time for stocked items: 2–4 business days.

  • Orders are shipped within Sweden via DHL, delivered to your nearest service point.

  • For large, fragile, or heavy items (e.g. furniture, mirrors, rugs), special shipping terms and additional costs may apply. These will be confirmed with you before shipping.

We are not financially responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please report it immediately to DHL or Posten, before signing for the delivery (especially for pallet shipments).

  • Do not open the package before making a claim.

  • Keep the original packaging to support your case.

  • If damage is discovered after opening, report it within 1 day to DHL or us.

If the shipping provider denies responsibility, contact our customer service.
We are responsible for lost packages en route to you, but you are responsible for lost or damaged items during returns to us.

📭 Unclaimed Packages

Unclaimed packages returned to us incur a fee of 300 SEK, covering packing, handling, return shipping, and processing.

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping within Sweden: 99 SEK

  • Shipping costs for larger items (pots, furniture, mirrors, rugs) vary – contact us at info@lovewarriors.se for a quote.

  • You are always welcome to pick up your order free of charge at our store:

🌍 International Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping for parcels up to 2000 grams (excluding furniture, mirrors, rugs, and lamps).
Shipping rates are as follows:

Country Group:
Belgium, France, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Poland, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Switzerland, Luxembourg
Shipping Cost: 14.99 EUR

All other countries:
Shipping Cost: 24.99 EUR

🤍 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, as per the Distance Selling Act.

Exceptions to withdrawal rights:

  • Special-order items

  • Discounted or outlet items

  • Corporate purchases

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns must be initiated within 10 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Return requirements:

  • The item must be unused, complete with all accessories

  • Returned in original packaging with protective materials

  • Any gifts or bonus items must also be returned

If you received free shipping, this cost may be deducted from your refund.
You are also responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the item is lost or damaged in return transit, you are responsible.

Returns must be sent with PostNord Skicka Hem or as a Företagspaket (Company Package).
We cannot collect parcels sent to pickup points.

💡 If you paid via invoice, your return must reach us before the invoice due date to avoid payment. The invoice will be credited after we have received and approved your return.

🛠️ Complaints

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a return label and assist you in resolving the issue.

You have the right to file a complaint under the Consumer Sales Act for up to 3 years from the date you received your item.

  • Report visible defects within 14 days

  • Items must be returned in secure packaging and original condition

  • You are responsible for the item during return shipping

  • In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN)

Please include your receipt or delivery note with any complaint.
If the issue is not approved as a valid complaint, you will be responsible for incurred shipping costs.
